That principle guides everything I do. I bring over 30 years of leadership experience with companies including IKEA, Danone, CFAO, ALPLA, Philips and many more. My expertise lies in individual and team coaching, as well as longer-term leadership development, working with leaders across Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe. My approach combines solid business experience with real human impact — leadership that is both highly demanding and deeply human.
